Through simplistic minimal lines and fluctuating brushstrokes and tones, Kat Bak focuses on abstract elements of the human landscape, exploring the relationship we have with ourselves, others and our surrounds.
Since Drop In Life Drawing launched in 2017 in Byron Bay, she now resides in Melbourne, coordinating weekly sessions and workshops to encourage creative expression and intuitive confidence.
Working freelance in creative direction and illustration, her passion is painting and collecting too many art books.
